I don’t see an open position I am interested in right now. Can I complete a general application or submit a resume for a future opening?
No. Unfortunately, you can only complete an online application for a current job posting. We cannot accept resumes outside of the online application. You must apply for every position you are interested in, but you will only be considered for those positions where the job requirements are clearly met. To connect directly with a member of our recruitment team, email [email protected].
I see several job postings with the same job title. Do I need to apply to all of them, or may I just apply to one and assume I will be considered for the remaining postings?
If there are several job postings with the same job title, you must apply to each one. Your application will only be considered for the posting(s) for which you applied.
I read the job requirements and I don’t have everything that is required. Should I still apply?
We will only consider applicants who meet at least the minimum job requirements listed on the job posting. If you do not have the minimum requirements listed, and you are interested in that particular career path, we encourage you to pursue training or experience before applying for the position.
Do you keep applications on file for future job openings?
No. Once a position has been filled, we do not revisit applications when similar jobs open.
Does the background screening include a credit history check?
We do not complete credit history checks, and no one at Penn State Health has access to your credit history.
