About Me

I am a board-certified registered advanced practice provider. Before joining the Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center orthopedic surgery practice, I served on the open heart and heart transplant team at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. I particularly enjoy working in surgery. As a former gymnast and sports lover, my personal dedication to fitness sparked a strong interest in the importance of orthopedic and sports medicine.

I consider being healthy is essential to being happy. Whether a child wants to return to the playground, an athlete wants to get back in the game, an adult is trying to stay fit or an elderly person simply wants to keep up with the activities of daily living, everyone should be able to move and enjoy a happy state of mind in a strong, healthy body. Treating bone and muscle conditions is important for stability and physical independence. As a nurse practitioner, I find it very rewarding to have the opportunity to help people in need of complex care related to various orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.

I speak fluent Romanian, English and Spanish, and am knowledgeable in French, Italian and German.
