Direct secure email addresses allow us to also securely send you Patient Health Information (PHI). If you currently do not have direct secure email addresses and are interested, see your certified EHR software vendor. For more information, see https://www.directtrust.org/what-we-do, Direct Secure Messaging section.
  4. Provider Portal Technical Checklist - this checklist is to be completed by the practice site’s Information Systems department or Practice Site Manager. This checklist outlines the practice site’s Information Systems environment and will give our staff a clear idea of the compatibility with the Provider Portal.
