Academic General Pediatrician
Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital, Division of Academic General Pediatrics, is seeking a General Pediatrician with strong interests in academic medicine and patient care to join our dynamic, collaborative, and growing team in Lancaster Pennsylvania. This is an open-rank faculty position, and candidates at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels are encouraged to apply. Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and achievements, in accordance with Penn State's faculty appointment criteria.

What We’re Seeking
  • Board-certified or board-eligible physicians in General Pediatrics with an interest in academic medicine
  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Interest in research is welcome and supported, but not required

Penn State Health Lancaster Pediatric Center opened in 2022 to bring specialized pediatric care closer to families in Lancaster County and surrounding communities. The facility is approximately 47,000 square feet and is designed specifically for children, adolescents, and their families. Services include general pediatrics as well as numerous pediatric specialties, such as cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, nephrology, allergy/immunology, orthopedics, ENT, urology, dermatology, behavioral health, and sleep medicine.
