SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Revenue Cycle Senior Program Director, Epic AR, is responsible for the multi-year program and project management of the Epic implementation pre go-live readiness phases, go-live, post-live optimization and stabilization (overall program lifecycle). This role will be responsible for coordinating the revenue cycle WorkGroups (patient access, patient financial experience, coding/revenue integrity, PFS and support services) to ensure follow-through, enhance interdepartmental communications on updates, action items and next steps. They will be responsible for coordination and alignment with IS, revenue cycle and Epic on building block completion, build completeness, testing (tracking outstanding items), change management execution, readiness education completeness, go-live preparedness, go-live command center planning, post-live issues tracking, and overall coordination and planning of project optimization through to project stabilization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project or revenue cycle operations management experience.
- Minimum of (3) years of project management or consulting engagement leadership experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Master degree in business, accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or other related fields.
