SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Project Coordinator – Admin & Support Administration provides administrative, data management, and program management support to the East Regional Surgical Services Leadership team. This role serves as a key administrative coordinator supporting the strategic and operational goals of the surgical services department. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The coordinator acts as a liaison between clinical teams, administrative leadership, and external stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance and quality improvement. The coordinator supports meeting and calendar management, assists with budget tracking, and provides executive-level administrative support to the East Regional Surgical Services Leadership team. 

This position will be based in Lancaster and will travel between LMC and STJ.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Associate's degree
  • Four (4) years of related experience required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Certification in project management
  • Experience working in surgical services setting
