SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to the Office Manager for providing front office support.
The Medical Office Associate role is an entry-level admin role where one can learn and grow their career in the healthcare field. The individual will check in and check out patients, verify insurance information, answer the office phones, schedule appointments, and much more! Silver Creek and Family Practice Mechanicsburg is located right off the Carlisle Pike in the center of many businesses and shops, and can make for an easy commute! Family Practice serves all ages 0-100, where one gets to grow with their patients and get to know them. This clinic will see around 100 patients a day and is looking for a team-oriented, flexible individual who likes to work in a fast-paced environment. Join a great team in the Medical Group today! **All hires are required to commute to the Hershey, PA area for a week and a half of training at the beginning of employment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
