LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Clinical Supervisor - Mount Joy

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of the clinical staff to ensure the smooth efficient operation of the office. They are to ensure the following of established nursing and practice procedures.

Nestled in the charming town of Mount Joy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team! At Penn State Health, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our community, and we believe that our staff is the heart of our success. On average, we see 60-70 patients per day and serve primarily as a Family Practice, while also accommodating Neurology and Diabetic Education specialties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required. 
• Three (3) years of clinical experience required
