SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and upgrades to the heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and their associated controls. This includes air-handling equipment; exhaust fans, variable-air-volume systems, furnaces, crematories, humidifiers and air filtration equipment. Also included is knowledge and use of the associated control systems for the equipment - both digital and pneumatic.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- Three (3) years of job related experience in residential or industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical trades required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Two (2) years Vocational/Technical school training preferred.
- Previous experience in operating tractors, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
- Universal Refrigeration License and EPA certification preferred.
