SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Executive Operational Consultant provides strategic, operational, and organizational guidance to oncology service line leadership. This role focuses on optimizing clinical operations, improving patient access and quality outcomes, enhancing financial performance, and supporting program growth across medical, surgical, and radiation oncology. The consultant works closely with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams to assess current-state performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Education

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in oncology service line management
  • Proven track record leading operational improvements in ambulatory oncology, infusion centers, or radiation oncology.
  • Experience with oncology regulatory/accreditation standards and quality programs.
