SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for performing routine, non-routine, and varied Administrative Assistant support duties. Including organizing and coordinating office workflow within defined policies/procedures, may be required to interpret policies and guidelines to meet goals and deadlines.
This role is an in- person role located in our Crystal A corporate office in Hershey, PA. This role will be supporting Medical Group Leadership as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%. Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed, including room bookings, sending invites, setting agendas, and providing timely reminders and follow-ups to support seamless team collaboration.
- Create and maintain spreadsheet/database applications.
- Prepare requisitions, reimbursements and invoice payments as required.
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports, providing support as needed. Based on assigned objectives, use judgment to plan and carry out successive steps to handle problems and issues in accordance with precedent and interpretation of policies and regulations.
- Communicate with a variety of both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate multiple and varied projects as necessary.
- Coordinate workflow and provide direction to other staff which may involve multiple divisions/departments.
- Triage problems resolving higher-level issues when appropriate. Explain and exchanges information, researching issues and convey sensitive information that could have broad departmental/organizational impact.
- Create complex correspondence as required.
- Implement and initiate the development of new processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post high school education or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of related experience required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Microsoft Proficient Level: Outlook: Basic, Word: Intermediate, PowerPoint: Basic, Excel: Basic
