About Me

I’m a board-certified radiation oncologist who works closely with teams caring for adults and children with cancers of the brain, spine, head, neck and skin, as well as sarcomas and leukemias/lymphomas. I was drawn to radiation oncology because of the strong bonds I’m able to form with my patients. Penn State Health’s advanced treatment options mean I can use leading-edge technology to treat cancer while protecting healthy tissue from unnecessary radiation exposure.

During our first meeting, many of my patients discuss their fears about their diagnosis and feel overwhelmed about their treatment. It is very important to me that every person I meet with feels seen as an individual, with hopes, fears and a personal history that is much more than the cancer diagnosis. I help them understand their diagnosis and treatment options through open and clear communication, empowering them to feel well-informed and have the confidence to choose the treatment plan most suited to their goals.

It is a privilege to care for every one of my patients, and I’m dedicated to supporting them through their challenging cancer journeys. My team will become your or your loved one’s unwavering advocates, striving to ensure any emotional or physical concerns are addressed at every stage.
