About Me
I am a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner who joined the Penn State Health Children’s Hospital NICU in 2019. My clinical interests include care of extremely preterm and low birth weight infants, delivery room resuscitation/Golden Hour, therapeutic hypothermia, and quality improvement. I am the lead facilitator of the NICU Advanced Practice Provider Journal Club. I am an active member of multiple NICU-based committees and quality improvement projects, including the Small Baby Unit initiative, the airway committee, The Respiratory Therapy committee, and the NICU Neurodevelopmental Program database. I also serve as a preceptor and mentor for student and new graduate neonatal nurse practitioners.
