The Division of General Internal Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking an outstanding academic general internist to join our growing division. We are looking for physicians who are passionate about caring for adults and interested in building meaningful academic careers in primary care. The Position

This position is primarily outpatient and based in an academic primary care practice, with flexibility for limited inpatient responsibilities based on the candidate's interests and divisional needs. Faculty participate in resident and medical student education and are encouraged to develop academic and clinical areas of focus. Examples include, but are not limited to:
  • Medical education
  • Quality improvement and population health

Qualifications

  • MD, DO, or equivalent
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
