Your care. All in one place.

Beginning Oct. 31, Penn State Health is transitioning to MyChart as its patient portal. MyChart by Penn State Health brings together your health information, appointments, billing and communication with your care team in one convenient place, replacing multiple portals, logins and websites with a single, streamlined experience. Designed to make it easier to access and manage your care, this new portal experience helps you stay connected to your health information whenever and wherever you need it.

Full access to MyChart Penn State Health begins on Saturday, Oct. 31.
