Position Summary
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic radiographic and X-ray procedures, producing high-quality medical images that support accurate diagnosis and treatment. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, imaging professionals, and other members of the care team in a fast-paced academic and Level I Trauma Center environment.
Radiologic Technologists may also have opportunities to rotate into the Operating Room (OR), gaining additional experience supporting surgical procedures and expanding their clinical imaging expertise. Previous OR experience is valuable but is not required for the overall position.
What You’ll Do
• Perform diagnostic radiography and X-ray imaging procedures using advanced imaging equipment and technology.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and positioning standards.
• Support imaging needs for a diverse and complex patient population, including trauma and acute care patients.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures and patient information.
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
• Participate in opportunities to rotate into the Operating Room, supporting intraoperative imaging and surgical procedures.
• Contribute to an experienced, collaborative Diagnostic Radiology team committed to clinical excellence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.). or registry eligible.
- If registry eligible, must pass ARRT boards within 6 months of date of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year job related experience preferred.
