Nursing Resource Team
Jess now brings her skills and upbeat energy to the Nursing Resource Team, (also known as the Float Pool), where no two days are ever the same. She loves the variety of caring for patients on different units and the chance to work alongside so many supportive teammates. She’s active in the Nursing Clinical Ladder, serves on the hospital’s Sunshine Committee and enjoys mentoring new nurses as a preceptor. Just like in her photo, Jess is a ray of sunshine, always ready with a smile to lift the spirits of patients and coworkers alike.
Off the clock, you’ll find Jess outdoors with her husband. They enjoy camping, kayaking and spending sunny days out on the water boating.
