Appropriate candidates must possess an MD, DO, or foreign equivalent, be board eligible or board certified in Geriatric Medicine and have completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency, and have completed or are enrolled in a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship program. Successful candidates will possess expertise in neurodegenerative brain disease diagnosis, biomarker and brain imaging interpretation, and non-pharmacologic support and education for the person and care partner. A desire to work with an interdisciplinary team, an interest in teaching, and participation in research is strongly encouraged. The qualified candidate will be a full-time faculty member of the Penn State Health Division of Geriatric Medicine and hold an academic rank within the Penn State College of Medicine commensurate with experience.
