About Me
I am a fellowship-trained pediatric craniofacial surgeon. In addition to general plastic and reconstructive surgery for adults, I specialize in treating problems that affect a child’s skull, face and jaw. For infants with craniosynostosis, a condition where the bones of the skull fuse too early, I use minimally invasive and endoscopic-assisted techniques whenever appropriate. These approaches can result in shorter surgery time, less blood loss and a faster recovery.
The work I do affects a child’s development, so I care for many of my patients from infancy through their teens and adulthood. That means I’m able to meet their changing needs as they grow. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing a child I operated on as an infant grow into a thriving young person. It's a privilege to be part of a family's story for so many years and to see firsthand how the treatment translates into a life fully lived.
