About Me

I am a surgeon who specializes in liver transplantation and surgery of the liver, bile duct and pancreas. I also perform adult and pediatric kidney transplantation. I’ve done extensive research in hepatocellular carcinoma at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Md., and trained in abdominal transplant at the University of Southern California, Keck Medical Center of USC, Los Angeles, one of the busiest centers for pediatric and living donor transplantation in the country. I am rewarded by seeing my patients get a second chance at life and return to a state of health that far exceeds what they’ve experienced with organ failure.
