About Me
Dr. Fleischmann grew up in Cedarhurst, NY. She completed her undergraduate work at Stanford University and received a medical degree from Albany Medical College. Dr. Fleischmann finished her residency at the Brown University Department of Family Medicine in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
She moved to Pennsylvania and joined Cocoa Family Medicine in 2006, and her group joined PAL in 2011.
