About Me

I am a board-certified neurologist who is fellowship-trained in vascular neurology. I treat patients who have had ischemic strokes and transient ischemic attacks, also called TIAs. I’m also interested in improving the systems of care for patients with neurovascular disorders, including education, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.

In addition to seeing patients in Hershey, I provide care through the Penn State Health TeleStroke program. TeleStroke allows patients in regional community hospitals that partner with us to benefit from my expertise without a time-consuming transfer to our hospital. We use an advanced computer system and webcam to speak with the patient and family in the emergency department and recommend treatment.
