About Me
I am a fellowship-trained, board-certified surgeon who specializes in trauma, acute care and critical care surgery. I see patients who need surgery after a serious injury or illness. Before going to medical school, I was a hospital volunteer, emergency medical technician and emergency department patient care technician. These experiences helped me decide to become a surgeon.
The most rewarding part of my job is being able to help care for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. The teamwork, dedication and compassion I see every day when treating critically ill and injured patients is always amazing. I am proud to be a part of that team.
