Joining Dr. Ali Amin and the Penn State Health Vascular Surgery team, Dr. Werter is here to support your patients who need vascular and endovascular surgery. A board-certified vascular surgeon, Dr. Werter provides expert treatment of aneurysmal disease, peripheral artery disease, carotid artery disease, mesenteric artery disease and venous disease. Experienced in minimally invasive treatment of complex aortic aneurysmal disease of both the thoracic and abdominal aortas, his research and practice interests include thoracic aortic pathology and lower extremity revascularization.
