About Me
A Middletown native, Dr. Lutzkanin returns to his hometown following an obstetrics fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). While at UAB, Dr. Lutzkanin received advanced training in obstetrical care. Dr. Lutzkanin welcomes patients to Penn State Medical Group in Middletown, where he cares for the whole family's medical needs before, during and after pregnancy!
