About Me
I’m a fellowship-trained pediatric neuropsychologist. Neuropsychologists look at how brain injuries and medical conditions like cancer affect functioning, including processing speed, ability to manage everyday tasks, attention, memory, behavior and emotions. I provide screenings and evaluations for children with cancer and brain tumors during their treatment and survivorship.
Since joining Penn State Health in 2019, I’ve focused on increasing our young patients’ access to neuropsychological services. I also help families understand how evaluations can benefit their child. The results can guide recommendations for getting back to daily life, including school. This is especially important if a child needs accommodations or special education services.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, crafting and gardening.
