Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center Department of Psychiatry is currently recruiting PRN inpatient psychiatrists. This position would assist with weekend coverage and rounding. There is opportunity to cover the unit during provider vacations as well. The 31-bed unit provides mental health acute care and treatment for adults. The candidate is supported by a team of social workers, therapists, care managers, and nurses.
What we're seeking:
M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
Completion of accredited training program
Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
BC/BE in psychiatry
Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
Saturday/Sunday coverage preferred
