SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Intensive Case Manager will assist clients enrolled in the Opioid Treatment Program with accessing community based resources, housing, and employment; make appropriate referrals and perform general case management and counseling.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Act 31 training completion is required within 45 days of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Two (2) years ‘experience in a related human service field preferred. 
  • One year as a Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist Trainee.
