Additional Test Information1) Methodology - Rivaroxaban is a direct anti-Xa anticoagulant molecule whose activity can be determined with a chromogenic anti-Xa assay and calibrators specific to rivaroxaban.
2) Known interferences are UFH, LMWH, fondaparinux, apixaban, and any substance known to be a Xa inhibitor.
3) The coefficient of variation for this assay is 3.6%.
4) The lower limit of detection for this method is 30ng/ml.
