Ask Aileen McCormick what feeds her soul as a registered nurse, and she’ll tell you it’s patient care.

“I’m passionate about our patients, and I love neurology,” says the clinical supervisor for the Department of Neurology at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. “You have to be resilient, able to switch gears quickly and always be ready to help.”  

Aileen’s passion for nursing began as a child, overcoming bacterial spinal meningitis and grew as a teenager caring for a family member with cancer. She takes pride in being part of an academic health system that offers advanced level care to patients without the need to drive to major cities like Baltimore, Pittsburgh or Philadelphia.
