Tobias Charles Long, MD is a surgeon specializing in all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery, including breast reconstruction, cosmetic surgery and wound care. Dr. Long earned his medical degree at Penn State College of Medicine, Hershey, PA. Dr. Long completed a plastic surgery integrated residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He has published and presented numerous scientific articles pertaining to his plastic surgery specialty.
