About Me

Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Mamta Sherchan is a graduate of Nepal Medical College in Kathmandu, Nepal. She completed an internal medicine residency at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, a rheumatology fellowship at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C., and an online musculoskeletal ultrasound program through the Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists. A Fellow-in-Training with the American College of Rheumatology, Sherchan is a member of the Association of Women in Rheumatology and the American Medical Association.
