About Me
I am a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner who joined the Penn State Health Children’s Hospital NICU in 2021. Previously, I was a registered nurse in the NICU for six years. My clinical interests include lactation and the benefits of maternal breast milk, especially for NICU infants, as well as trauma-informed developmental care. I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and a Neonatal Resuscitation Program instructor, in addition to being certified in neonatal touch and massage. I actively participate in patient education in the NICU and lead breast milk and lactation quality initiatives.
