Responsible for serving as the teleobservation program expert. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the expansion of the teleobservation program. Process daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly metric reports from the vendor software. Serve as a member of the virtual care leadership team.



Bachelor's degree required.

8 years of healthcare/clinical experience required.


Customer service skills, ability to handle compliants, and ability to de-escalate a situation.

Education ability to train others.

Data review and ability to analyze key metrics.

Presentation skills.

Ability to be a change agent.


Master's degree preferred.

Clinical experience preferred.
