The Telehealth Program Assistant's primary purpose is to serve the health care system for virtual care needs. This role will be supportive of patient safety, quality metrics, rules/regulations, and policies and procedures. Must be technology savvy and be pleasant and customer service driven. This position requires onsite presence at a Penn State Health facility and will be responsible for visual monitoring of patients to ensure optimal safety and support.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of medical, secretarial or customer service work experience required.
Valid drivers license required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Customer Service skills.
