Work Type: Full Time
Provide technology support to one or more operational business units of Penn State Health. Participate in team planning and discussions, prepare sections of team documents, lead small to medium-sized projects, and participate in larger projects. Realize that the daily emphasis of this position is task completion and project completion, according to specific instructions. Understand that these activities usually require the implementation of known approaches, perhaps with modest modification, rather than the engineering of new solutions.
Either: (a) Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of related experience or (b) six years total of related experience.

Previous experience with Cerner Millennium PM Office and Revenue Cycle Registration and Scheduling
Previous experience in working with multiple payers (Medicare, Blue Shield, Workers Comp, etc.)
Experience with troubleshooting issues from start to finish (resolution)
Ability to interpret and understand user requirements, including the creation and running of test scripts
