JOB SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for ensuring the integrity of all corporate electronic medical records through the effective and efficient management of patient demographic, encounter and clinic information. Also responsible for the ongoing daily operations of the Record Storage & Retrieval (RS&R), Electronic Master Patient Index, , Release of Information, Attachments, Document Imaging, and Data Integrity Analysis functions including front line supervision of staff, contract staff, systems and procedures.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Either (A) Associates Degree plus 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting working with medical records or (B) 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting working with medical records required..
