JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible and accountable for the creation, management, and maintenance of provider templates. Ensures templates follow all applicable access policies. This role exists to continuously improve the patient experience as it relates to patient scheduling and appointing, provider visit cycle and all associated metrics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Five (5) years of experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of provider specialties
Ability to analyze backlog verses time scheduled
Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills
Training in continuous process improvement techniques
Basic knowledge of MS Office programs and tools, especially Excel
