Responsible for providing technical, administrative, systems and reporting expertise relating to the administration and analysis of benefit plans with emphasis in the areas of health, welfare, wellness and retirement plan administration and compliance.


Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years related experience.

Technical expertise in health, welfare and retirement plans required.


Ability to understand and utilize technical benefit plan information.

Demonstrated experience with benefits systems and optimized utilization of system tools for the purpose of open enrolment, employee self-service and benefits administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering presentations that convey key concepts and outline recommendations to various levels of management.

Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database management and report writing.

Passion for wellness and health/well-being is essential.


Knowledge of HRIS/Lawson system is preferred
