JOB SUMMARY:
Certified Senior Medical Interpreter is responsible to carry out the daily duties of a medical interpreter and support program manager with daily operations and represent the program manager in her his/her absence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
2 years related experience
CMI (Certified Medical Interpreter) Certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Nationally certified medical interpreter
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:
Past experience in coordinating or lead person in a relevant field
Knowledge with delivering intervention to diffuse conflict between patients, families, staff by remaining calm and impartial.
Ability in managing multiple tasks
Detailed oriented and accurate
