SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Network Specialist provides oversight and direction of PSH revenue cycle service line support functions. Ensures customer focused support for PSH clinical departments, maximizing compliant practices while enhancing revenue opportunities. Ensures utilization of technology to enhance workflows. Reports to the Vice President Revenue Cycle. 

Hybrid/Partial Remote, local candidate preferred as some onsite work is required.

Individuals with a background in Coding / Revenue Cycle / Compliance would be a great fit for this opportunity!


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree required

10 years of experience which must include 7 years of progressive responsibility in a leadership role focused on healthcare revenue cycle, preferably over a large group practice, with proven key performance results required.

Leadership experience of a revenue cycle redesign or business process optimization, including implementation or adoption of technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness required.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills required

Strong leadership skills required

Keen attention to detail required

Ability to effectively manage projects required

Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio required

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification in Revenue Cycle Management preferred. (i.e. CHFP, CPAM, FHFMA)

Basic lean management skills are a plus.

CPC (Certified Professional Coder).

Work History in Coding, Revenue Cycle and/or Compliance
