Consults, trains, and advises financial, operational, and clinical leaders in the utilization of relevant comparative data sources to guide the process of identifying opportunities for improved performance. Supports senior management in improvement initiatives, elevating the understanding of opportunities for improvement and supporting the analyses needed to make effective decisions.
This position will leverage best practice from the organization as a whole with a dedicated focus on leveraging the Adult U.S. News & World Report (USNWR) Benchmarking program including administration of the US News Hospital Data Insights tool.

Bachelor's Degree business, statistics, finance, MIS, or directly related field required.
3 years direct experience in data and reporting-intensive position with demonstrated results in developing and distributing benchmark data, reports, dashboards and other key indicators required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Demonstrated Understanding of financial analysis required.
Proficiency in Excel and Access required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Project management skills preferred.
Experience using Action O-I data (Thompson, Reuters) preferred.
MBA or MPH preferred.
Black Belt Certification is preferred
