Responsible for patient safety event review, designation and internal/external reporting. Responsible to assess for patient safety issues, including investigation, cause analysis, and the associated improvement projects to advance patient safety and reduce risk. Monitor and evaluate clinical processes for the safe delivery of care.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Current RN license required.
3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
2 years of progressive leadership or project management experience required.
Patient safety certification within 2 years of hire required.
