What you'll do:
• Provide advanced respiratory care to patients across a variety of specialties, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior respiratory therapists, sharing your expertise and helping to foster their professional growth.
• Participate in our professional development clinical ladder program, designed to support your growth and advancement.
Minimum qualifications:
- Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist by the state of employment.
- AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion.
- Two (2) years Respiratory Therapy experience required.
- RRT credential required.
- Meets and maintains requirements of Policy 211-NAM Professional Advancement Ladder – Respiratory Care
