Provide technology support to one or more operational business units of the Medical Center. Participate in team planning and discussions, prepare sections of team documents, lead small to medium-sized projects, and participate in larger projects. Emphasize daily task completion and project completion, according to specific instructions (which usually require the implementation of known approaches, perhaps with modest modification, rather than the engineering of new solutions).


  • Work with other operational areas to ensure that effective and integrated delivery of information technology services as required for assigned projects and routine operations.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects (e.g., with the information technology department or for a small business unit). 
  • Serve as an information technology liaison with the client community. 
  • Assist in the resolution of application production problems. 
  • Maintain application profile tables. Use vendor-supplied tools to perform ad hoc reporting. 
  • Recruit resources from other information technology teams as required to resolve problems


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Two (2) years of related experience required
  • Healthcare experieince a plus


  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience preferred to include hands-on experience designing, blueprinting, and developing
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Experience; Infor Cloud Suite or Lawson a plus
  • Technical spec writing experience
  • Experience developing Payroll interfaces, API, and IPA’s
  • Experience liaising with the business customer (operations), including creating a Requirements Traceability Matrix
