Hours: Varied, 7:30a - 7:00p, Monday - Friday
Under supervision, performs various tasks associated with maintaining up to date patient charts with abstracted values and scanned documents, assembles patient data in a concise manner to contribute to patient care that is efficiently delivered, where patient compliance to various quality measures is encouraged.
High School diploma required.
Three (3) years of Medical Office or clinical support experience required.
Experience navigating within Electronic Health Records.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Strong organization skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office required
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
