Program Manager Physician Contracting - Administration

Responsible for managing all aspects of the CPD physician contracts from the point a candidate is identified until the point of contract signature, and beyond including successful renewal and retention of our employed physicians. Negotiates contract renewals for all physician contracts and performs ongoing contract maintenance and problem solving. Partners closely with legal on physician contracts and collaborates with Senior Directors and/or Directors to ensure provider contracting, compensation reviews, and onboarding are successfully executed. 


  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of related experience required
  • Previous experience developing and negotiating physician contracts. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in physician compensation programs. 
  • Strong knowledge of all physician compensation laws including, but not limited to, Stark, Antikickback statutes, IRS guidelines, etc. Knowledge of legal constraints, risk management, due diligence process, financials. 
  • Strong capability in strategy development including meaningful analytical tools. 
  • Strong EQ and relationship management. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication. 
  • Strong business analysis and financial skills.
