SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for leading the health system’s efforts to advance progress toward workforce diversification and an inclusive work and patient care environment through quantitative and qualitative metrics, including developing required federal reports, such as EEO1, veteran 4212 reports, and certification of affirmative action plans for the health system entities; implementing affirmative action programs for the health system; and providing diversity/inclusion program evaluation support for health system entities.
Responsible for managing the completion of “best practice” organizational applications as a benchmarking tool, and developing and deploying strategies, initiatives and programs, based on the evaluation of diversity and inclusion metrics, to foster a more accessible and inclusive work and patient care environment and to remain competitive in attracting and retaining a talented diverse workforce as well as supporting quality patient satisfaction outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Minimum six (6) years experience with significant responsibilities in the development and implementation of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity programs.
Experience with collecting and analyzing data and reports from cloud-based data platforms, with a preference for experience with the Infor system.
Experience in a leadership role directly related to civil rights compliance, preferably in a health care setting.
Experience working on complex analytical projects with diverse teams and developing data driven and outcome-based initiatives to improve DEI decision making and operational efficiencies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
PhD in statistics, industrial/organizational psychology or quantitative data analysis preferred.
Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
Proficiency in a language other than English.
Recent certification as an affirmative action professional.
