The Physician Assistant will be responsible for inpatient consults when patients of complex care are admitted to the hospital to provide continuity of care, outpatient hospital follow-up visits, acute sick visits, as well as answering phone calls and messages from families and other agencies involved in the child’s care. The Physician Assistant will also assess complex care program referrals to determine eligibility and schedule where appropriate.
