Penn State Health has partnered with the Catherine Hershey School to provide Physical Therapy Services at the soon to open CHS located in Hershey, PA. The person in this role will work out of the Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning (CHS) location. CHS provides high-quality early childhood education and care to children from birth to age 5 at no cost to qualifying families. The state-of-the-art facilities foster an environment where children can grow and thrive and offer integrated family services for enrolled families. The successful candidate will have minimum of 3-years of experience in pediatrics with extensive experience in 0-5 year population including but not limited to early intervention services and pre-school programs.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
Must hold a PA license (or eligibility) in physical therapy.
